Jesus, the Messiah, is coming soon.

The exact day and hour are known only to the Father—nobody else, not even the angels in heaven or the Son, has this knowledge. The coming of the Son of Man will resemble the days of Noah. Just as people confidently speak of peace and security, sudden destruction will catch them off guard, like labor pains seizing a pregnant woman; they will not escape. You, dear brothers and sisters, are not in darkness; that day will not surprise you like a thief. You are children of the light and the day; we do not belong to the night or to darkness. Therefore, do not be complacent like others, but remain vigilant and sober. Those who sleep and indulge do so during the night. As children of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and the helmet of the hope of salvation. God has not appointed us to experience wrath but to secure salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. He died for us so that, whether we are awake or asleep, we will live together with Him.
