The President of the Republic Jovenel Moise in Le Moniteur N° 183 dated Monday, October 22 reported the decrees appointing 16 advisers :

Special Advisers : Ardouin Zephirin, Guichard Doré, Christine Coupet Jacques, Liné Baltazar and Marie Esther Antoine;
The Special Advisor on Legal and Political Affairs, Reynold Georges;
The Special Advisor for Health Issues, Enold Joseph;
The Adviser in Intelligence and Security, Jean Renel Sanon;
The Energy Technology Advisor, Evenson Calixte;
The Political Advisers : Guy Michel Vincent and Andris Riche;
The Foreign Policy Advisor, Foreign Aid and Foreign Direct Investment, Georges Stanley Lucas;
The Communications Advisor Lucien Jura.
